Join us for this Mediterranean themed five course dinner event, all exquisitely paired with wines procured by the Uncorked Team!  Enjoy a welcome cocktail and 5 courses of food and wine, this event sells out as we keep this event in an intimate style, with limited seating. 48HR CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT.

Welcome Cocktail

First Course: Tender artichoke half flame-grilled to a smoky perfection, served with a zesty sraracha aioli. Wine: TBD

Second Course: Flaky layers of golden phyllo pastry filled with a savory mix of spinach, feta cheese, fresh herbs and a hint of garlic, baked until crisp. Wine: TBD

Third Course: Crisp cucumbers, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, and green bell peppers tossed with briny Kalamata olives and creamy feta cheese drizzled with EVOO, red wine vinegar and oregano. Wine: TBD

Fourth Course: Marinated grilled chicken Souvlaki served on a bed of fragrant lemon rice served with a creamy tzatziki sauce and grilled summer vegetables. Wine: TBD

Fifth Course: Layers of crisp, buttery phyllo dough filled with spiced pistachios, baked to golden perfection and soaked in a fragrant honey syrup.
