Welcome Cocktail

First Course: Savory tart layered with caramelized shallots, sauteed mushrooms & whipped gorgonzola, nestled in a flaky butter crust. Wine: TBD

Second Course: Roasted sweet potato round topped with whipped hot honey goat cheese and finished with a drizzle of hot honey and crushed pistachios. Wine: TBD

Third Course: Crisp endive leaves filled with a refreshing blend of grapes, apples, celery & toasted pecans, tossed in a creamy lemon-honey Greek yogurt dressing. Wine: TBD

Fourth Course: Grilled rosemary balsamic-marinated steak, served with roasted potatoes and tender green beans. Wine: TBD

Fifth Course: Warm chocolate chip bread pudding drizzled with a rich vanilla cream sauce.
