This is a special winemaker's pairing dinner featuring Foolhardy Vintners! Join us for this comforting five course dinner event, all exquisitely paired with wines provided by Foolhardy!  Enjoy 5 courses of food and a variety of wine! This event sells out as we keep this event in an intimate style, with limited seating. 48HR CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT.

First Course: Artisan cheese plate with triple cream and tangy goat cheese served with seasonal accompaniments. Wine: 2024 Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course: Savory stuffed mushrooms filled with seasoned sausage, herb cream cheese & mozzarella roasted to perfection. Wine: 2022 For Fool's Sake Red Wine

Third Course: Grilled chicken and garden vegetables finished with basil pesto and aged balsalmic drizzle. Wine: 2019 FH Cabernet Sauvignon

Fourth Course: Slow-braised short ribs in a robust tomato herb sauce, served over tender pappadelle pasta. Wine:  2018 Cabernet Sauvignon & 2022 Malbec

Fifth Course: Flaky pastry filled with a sweet blend of boysenberry jam and cream cheese.
