This is a special winemaker's pairing dinner featuring Koenig Vineyards! Join us for this comforting five course dinner event, all exquisitely paired with wines provided by Koenig!  Enjoy 5 courses of food and a variety of wine! This event sells out as we keep this event in an intimate style, with limited seating. 48HR CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT.

First Course: Golden puffed pastry wrapped around creamy brie and sweet apricot preserves finished with a drizzle of hot honey and crushed pistachios. Wine: 2024 Viognier

Second Course: Tender chilled shrimp, paired two ways with a bright basil dipping sauce and a zesty cocktail sauce. Wine: 2024 Chardonnay

Third Course: Tender lamb and beef meatballs in a rich spiced tomato-mushroom sauce, crowned with pine nuts, crumbled feta and fresh herbs. Wine: 2021 Snake River Valley Cuvee

Fourth Course: Tender filet mignon topped with a red wine reduction, served with buttery mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. Wine: 2021 Snake River Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
